Why this has Piqued our interest;

For many viewers the who can the lift the hammer scene in Avengers Age of Ultron was one of the best parts of the film. Now we get to see the the doings recreated albeit with a few exceptions of terminology by a group of mini Avengers.

Its a great clip and you can watch it on the link below.
When Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron released in cinemas earlier this year – surpassing £18million on opening weekend – we were introduced for the first time to Mini Thor, who caught up with all the big stars at the UK premiere and junket! Now to celebrate Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron releasing on 3D Blu-ray™, Blu-ray and DVD this week, Mini Thor has teamed up with his Mini friends to bring us the next generation of superheroes – the Mini Avengers.

Mini Iron Man, Mini Captain America, Mini Hawkeye, Mini Hulk, Mini War Machine and Mini Black Widow are taking a break from fighting the world’s most monstrous villains, by enjoying some down-time at the Mini Avengers HQ following a card-playing/orange juice guzzling filled party. With a Mini Maria Hill looking on, the Mini Avengers have re-created the famous hammer lift scene (as seen by the Avengers in Joss Whedon’s global phenomenon), bringing us a comical sketch of everyone trying to lift Thor’s hammer.

Looking for a new car? How about a Batmobile? Though the price tag may be a little bit prohibitive.

The original Batmobile, from the legendary 1966 TV series, has gone on sale in the US for $5m.

The car, which was driven by caped crusader Adam West, was inspired by a concept car developed by Ford, called the Lincoln Futura.

It was built in just three weeks by car customiser George Barris and perfectly embodied the image of the superhero.

In the show it was equipped with rockets, oil slicks and other gadgets including an automatic tyre re-inflating system and a Batphone.

Handmade, the Lincoln Futura was designed by Ford but never put into production.

Barris’ design involved attaching additional bat inspired wings and a new front nose to the vehicle.

The original Batmobile was a great looking car packed full of innovative technology. Today’s Ford cars share many of these traits: from the beauty of the Mustang, to ground breaking tech that allows drivers to see around corners and detect people (and large objects) in the dark.

The car is on sale at the Barrett-Jackson Collection Showroom in Arizona.
