Josie's new life in Florida has seemingly got off to a flying start with her murderous endeavours bearing fruits already. The scenes of murder throughout the series have shown off the artistic talents of Joelle Jones as she splashes blood about with gay abandon. Of course the imagery is completed with the colouring talents of Michelle Madsen who helps to set the tone for this exceptional period piece.

With Jones now writing and drawing the series has gone from strength to strength and this issue starts to add more characters into the plot just to make Josie's life more interesting. The issue is fairly balanced between Josie the Assassin and Mrs Schuller the Housewife. The double life storytelling seems to be a staple of comics but with a fresh feel Lady Killer is unlike any other comic on sale at the moment and really should be a series you are reading.
