Clown Fatale is a new series we reviewed Issue #1 here

We left the girls after they had had something of an epiphany, murder can do that to you. The choice to be made is to carry on with a rather hopeless existence or take a chance and become the Femme Fatale's hinted to in the title. I dont think it is too much of a spoiler to say which option those they chose but the manner in which they did it is where the fun in the issue comes from.

However this issue is mostly concerned with giving us some background in to the girls past. We learn more about them then they knew about each other and the info will keep flying at you through the episode. Some is spoken and some is implied but most of it is not unexpected. I could of done without all the girls motives being as cliché as they are but in this world they kind of fit. We still though haver not got all the details on Chloe but you feel her reveal is just around the corner.

The vibrancy in the colours is very engaging but I really enjoyed the depictions of the circus animals that appear in this issue. They are not truly lifelike nor are they abstract but they do look amazing. However art wise its a colour that most sticks out from this issue. Red is prevalent from the girls noses to the deluge of blood that will be spilt if the Siberia Death Squad get their way. The Question is will the girls be tough or enough or is Do svidaniya for our awesome foursome?
