Football Manager in its various forms had been a part of my gaming life for quite some time and honestly I have owned various incarnations throughout the years. So deciding to start a blog of my progress in game was not that difficult. The question was do I start with 2015 a title I'm familiar with or jump into this new game and keep my fingers crossed. I decided on popping for 2106 and so far I am pretty happy with my decision. Although the leaps are small the amount of changes is eye watering at times. I'm not going tom list them but for interest you can read them here on the FM16 Blog.
At the moment I am playing the full game, but as you can see from the picture on the left there are two other versions of the game to play. I will be playing touch if it works on my tablet but will probably skip mobile.
As you have seen on my about me section I am an Arsenal fan and so my team of choice for the Beta was the mighty Gooners. This was a spot of laziness I wanted to see what he main experience was like. I will play as a smaller team I know nothing about generally as I like to climb the ladder. The options as the Manager of a Premier league team are immense but thankfully you can farm tasks out to your staff as well.
.You can see my line up in the picture to the left. Obviously I have a few injuries but this at the moment is my strongest team. the capture of Higuain was a bit of a coup that I let Arsene Wenger my new Director of Football handle. The only issue is the usually Frugal Wenger blew my entire transfer budget on just one player. This shows you can let others do their jobs but you have to pat attention to what is happening at all times.
My team is up and down and we are struggling against some of the lower teams in the division. However we are in line to qualify for the next round of the champions cup and are sitting 5th in the league 6 points from top spot
